Just take a deep breath out in nature. Stuben am Arlberg is an ideal retreat and starting point for a variety of activities in the Arlberg mountains. Based on the quote from Alexander von Humboldt “Nature has to be felt”, we invite you to an “active-outdoor” mountain summer adventure at an altitude of 1410m.
Stuben, the smallest Arlberg resort but also the most charming. A village-mountain-village challenge welcomes us up to mountain trails around Stuben and the famous Albona. Around Stuben we move in 280°, X-LITE in 180° on an 1800 metres of altitude around the village, on hills, in the woods, over rocks and mountain rivers, up to the most spectacular waterfall: X-LITE goes straight and easy and for the X-FULL, no excuses, the Direttissima – a real OCR adventure. Right at the center of the event area, between start and finish line, the Stuben Monster Ladder, which is to be conquered twice, Tripple Wall and big Net Climb. In the middle of the area there are many Multi-Rigs and for the X-FULL candidates, it goes far out and up to the Kaltenberg hut at 2020 metres, off into the small mountain lake to the Tree Trunk Heavy Load, into the 8° C cold water. Are you tough enough or Spartan? The most impressive aspect of this particular OCR race is that Stuben is literally at your feet for most of the course. An unforgettable experience.

X-Lite, X-Full or x-titan
No matter if you‘re a beginner or an obstacle fan, the OCR X-LITE with ca. 6k+ course and 22obstacles++, is the right chance. For experienced athletes or well-trained amateurs, the OCR X-FULL is the ideal course to push yourselves to the max with 14k+ trail and 35 obstacles++. And for those who are tough enough, just race twice! Join us on both races and become a X WARRIOR TITAN.
Competitive vs non-competitive
All COMPETITIVE athletes will be timed, judged (10 optional penalty zones along the course), ranked and awarded according to their age group. Competitive Teams will be awarded based on the sum of the first three athletes results. Competitive athletes are not allowed to help each other and failure to complete an obstacle leads to a penalty of an extra loop. If the penalty hasn’t been carried out, athletes will be classified in the NON COMPETITVE category.
NON COMPETITIVE athletes are timed, ranked and allowed to help other participants as well as skipping obstacles or leaving the course on own responsibility. NON COMPETITIVE Teams regardless of a minimum/maximum number of participants/gender can either work together or they can fight it out on their own. For those who can’t or won’t gain an obstacle, no penalty will be applied.
ROLLLING START
In order to avoid traffic jams or queues along the course and in front of the obstacles there will be a ROLLLING START SYSTEM: 2-athletes for X-FULL vs 4-athletes for X-LITE will start simultaneously, each 20‘‘- 40‘‘. Competitive athletes will start first, starting from X-TITAN athletes. The start list will be available onsite on race day.
GROUP DISCOUT up to 20%
Don‘t miss the GROUP DISCOUNT. Register more than 5 participants to get 5% off, or more than 10 participants to get a 10% off, and more than 25 participants to get a 20% off.
Group registrations is to be made by a TEAM CAPTAIN who has to register all TEAM members at once. Athletes who decide to be part of a TEAM at a later date will not get any group discounts.Each TEAM member is requested to enter the TEAM NAME while registering in order to have the personal race result posted to the team results.
CLASSIFICATION / RANKING
First 3 COMPETITIVE athletes over all (male/female), first 3 COMPETITIVE athletes (male/female) each age group* and first 3 TEAMS will be awarded at X-WARRIOR´s award ceremony. All prizes must be collected in person at the event site.
NON-COMPETITIVE athletes are alphabetically ordered and ranked by gender and age group.
Results for COMPETITIVE and NON COMPETITIVE races will be published on the official website shortly after the race closure.
*Age groups: 18-20, 21-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+.

Should Corona continue to make life difficult and block one or the other event, we guarantee your registration of 2021 for any race date / destination in 2021 vs 2022 – each with a free re-registration code and ON TOP, additional you will receive 2x 50% OFF-CODES, which you can use for a race of your choice – we call that: 200% TICKET GURANTEE!
WITHDRAWL / REFUND
Withdrawl requests must be received within the following time frames in order to be eligible for a partial refund:
– until 4 months prior to race day: 50% refund of the entry fee,
– until 2 months prior to race day: 25% refund of the entry fee,
– less than 2 months prior to race day: no refund.
It is not possible to defer the participation to another athlete, race or year.
WE CARE, YOU RACE
While you‘re racing, we keep your luggage safe, free of charge. On top, some refreshment stations are available on course, next to the recovery zone and at the finish line. Our partner destination is taking care about medical services on courses and at the main event areas and all logistical and technical services. We care, you race!
